But I've been ignoring it for such a long time now that I can no longer feel it. Most of that has to do with the new medical problems I've spoken of on other places of my website. Hopefully, as my health is getting under control again, and I have the energy and efficiency to effectively clean house and begin exercising regularly again, I will also be able to pay more attention to the needs of my spirit other than 10-15 minutes a night of meditation and silence (which I unfortunately do not always get in as it is). I've been mulling over a lot of thoughts. I've had spiritual awareness of minor levels here and there, I have stopped recording my dreams and am on my way to getting back on track with that.

I'm hoping that getting this asthma treated and not letting it run my life will start re-opening all these doors my health had shut. I can't wait to start feeling like a living, healthy, happy person again!
