I'm not really sure if he actually belongs on my number 10 list, but I love this pic, I can't resist a guy in the rain--well, I could but it does make almost any guy at least 50% cuter.






Number 9

Yue

CLAMP owns the market on irresistable animen, I don't think they're capable of creating anything but beautiful men. I don't know too much about Yue except that he's resides inside Sakura's Crush Yukito and that he has wings! He kind of reminds me of what I wanted Kei from my novel Stalemate to look like. Not knowing much about how he is is probably the main reason why he resides at only number 9.






Number 8

Ryouga Hibiki

He gets into the funniest situations, has so much passion, turns into a cute little black pig and has the worst sense of direction that it's funny. Unfortunately, any pic I'd catch of him in the rain would be of his piglet form :/






Number 7

Shion/Rin

(SPOILER)The same person essentially. Super-hot Shion, though a bad boy that most people choose to dislike from the series Please Save My Earth is in slot number 7 on my list. I have yet to have the pleasure of reading the manga, so my view of him is slightly more understanding and sympathetic I guess. He died tragically and was reborn on earth just as tragically as the 7 (I think?) year-old Rin, a full 9 years younger than his former fiancé's incarnation.






Number 6 (SPOILER)

Hotohori, Tamahome, Tasuki, Koji, and Nuriko

Practically all of the main cast of men from Fushigi Yuugi resides in this slot. The spoiler here is that at the beginning of the series Nuriko is played off as a real woman until you find out her..er his secret ^_^.






Number 5

Mousse

I don't even know if Mousse has a last name...well, he's the determined to be fiancé of his love Shampoo from the series Ranma 1/2, another of my favourite characters (but female). He is really cute without his glasses, which is why he mostly tries to go around without them...except that he reeeeeally needs them. Oh for the day he gets contacts! Mistaking a telephone pole and hugging it desperately because he thinks it's Shampoo (until someone puts his glasses on) just won't do, even though it's funny hehe.






Number 4

Jiro Yamada...er...sorry ^^" I mean Gai Daikoji!

He's just too funny! Full of energy an anime character who's also an otaku! It's great ^_^






Number 3

Dryden

The best man from the Vision of Escaflowne in my opinion ^_^ Here he is speaking with his mermaid friend Sylphie whom he bought for the sole purpose to set free in the ocean even though she wants to stay with him on his ship. Too bad he's stuck with a woman who doesn't appreciate him and yearns instead after pretty knight Allen.






Number Two

Marron Glace

It's not raining but he's still soaked like he just got out of the rain. If it were possible in anyway for Marron to be cuter, this would be it. Beautiful and graceful enough to be a woman but strong, firm, and straight enough to be a ladies man (although he's been persued by a few men who don't know better). He's strong, he's serious, intelligent, the strong and silent type while still holding passion inside. His magic kicks ass too! He's got it all (except maybe a great sense of humor, though he's not lacking in that department either--look at his brother!).






And finally, Number 1 no da!

CHICHIRI!

His original Japanese voice kind of scares me you know ^_~ which is unusual because I prefer subtitles, but I can't get used to the certain anime with men that have high pitched voices. Chichiri is still the best though. A gal's gotta 'ppreciate the man who can make her laugh ^_^ And then, when he takes off his smiley mask and gets serious *swoon* Definitely animan #1 no da!
