News Bulletin 3...I knew I was forgetting something ^^"

Yep, when I wrapped up the last update with all its news I felt like I was really forgetting something. A few days ago, I remembered what I forgot to say in my last post. I have finally gotten my grades for this semester, and let me tell you I was sooooooooo very worried about my gpa. My two term papers reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally sucked. Maybe my teachers felt sorry for me, or maybe it's just for my work it sucked but was pretty average in comparison to other students? At any rate, in my opinion my Personality term paper was worth a C, but as final grades go I must have gotten a high B and my Rhet II term paper was worth an F (at least judging by the usual quality of my papers) but I must have gotten an A to have come out of that class where I did. I was so very certain my grade point average was going to take a nose dive.

So, you can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when I finally got the page online to work where I find out my grades and saw all A's staring back at me. I'd made the President's List again! It was all I could do to keep from jumping out of my chair and scream with excitement here at work LOL! Furthermore, I called DACC to see when the president's and dean's list would be in the announcements section of the local newspaper because every semester before this I would find out second hand that I'd been on the Dean's list or the President's List and I'd never get a copy to see for myself. She told me it wouldn't be until all the teachers turned their grades in, but I should get my certificate before it goes out in the newspaper.

Certificate? I said. Yes, I should get a certificate for being on the President's list, the Dean's list and the honor's list. So, now I am even more pleased because not only am I on the President's List again, I will be getting certificates for the all but one of my other semesters at DACC for being on the Honor's List, the Dean's List, and the President's List (and then add the certificate for being on the President's list again this semester). She said that these certificates are things I'll need to send whatever college I'm transferring too and that it was really puzzling why I hadn't gotten them. She made sure my address was correct and I told her I've never changed the address because my mom lives at it and she always gives me my mail, but I do live there now. So, now I'll be getting 4 certificates...wait...my calculations aren't making much sense, let me go check...hm...well, apparently there isn't a semester where I got Dean's List although I could have sworn that was the only one I got to see noted in the newspaper personally...Anyway, the lady said that my transcript also needed fixed because currently it only notes my semester on the Honor's List, but my two perfect 5.0 semesters don't say I was on any kind of list. I suggested that maybe it was because I withdrew from a class both semesters and she said that doesn't matter, which is evident because I withdrew from two classes the semester I got on the Honor's List. I hope everything turns out alright :/

At any rate, President's list or not I'm still veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery happy! All A's this semester! Yay! And that's the end of the missing news bulletin ^________^

On another note, I just got the zip file for Chorus' new layout and Domy says she'll have it up for me soon. I'm not gonna count my chickens yet though, not that domy isn't reliable (she's very reliable in my opinion), it's just that she's a very busy woman and she's getting prepared for a move so her time is short. I want her to take her time with this, I'm lucky that she likes me enough to even do it for me LOL. So, where as I'm sure she'll do it soon, I'm not going to apply any pressure and will perfectly understand if it takes her longer. Heck, I would understand if she couldn't get to it a couple of months from now when she's back online from the move. Domy's so nice ^_^ (((huggles Domy))) *then spies Dimas and runs after him*
